Tension Deviation Correction System (TDCS)

The Tension Deviation Correction System or TDCS is a monitoring and correcting system for strands/yarns.  Utilizing a continuous feed back system, the AccuTense will adjust itself maintaining the desired tension level.

Features:

	• Precision tension control of yarn regardless of yarn package, full to empty, or input tension variations.
	• Precision microprocessor control with digital tension readout.
	• Corrects errors of previously wound packages.
	• Includes Stop Motion. If one yarn breaks, a signal is given to stop the machine and a LED will light up for easy identification.
	• Keypad allows for Auto Zero and Auto Gain Adjustments.
	• Available in stand alone or multiple end configuration.
	• Tension Limits internally set to +/- 5% of tension range

TDCS is designed for the control of all types of yarn/strand which must be precisely controlled regardless of incoming yarn's natural de-reel tension changes and package transfers.
